Finding the application sample that did the job
Canon Solutions America wanted to demonstrate the capabilities of their ProStream 1000 series web-fed inkjet press — something to show off the vibrant color quality that marketers are looking for, and the personalization they need to engage their audience.
To capture that, we created a fictitious cruise line, Compass Cruises, and developed a sample print campaign that uses vibrant colors, high-quality photography, and variable data personalization to show how the ProStream can help engage audiences throughout the customer journey.
Where Print and Personalization Combine
The sample print campaign started with a brochure that promoted Compass Cruise destinations from the Mediterranean to the Caribbean. From the time of their booking to boarding, customers would receive a number of personalized materials detailing cruise activities, a postcard to spark excitement and provide information on their cruise accommodations and itinerary, a personalized letter to request feedback about their experience and provide special offers, and finally a poster to serve as a memento of their trip. Each item in the sample print campaign featured high-quality photographs, brilliant colors, and personalization to inspire excitement as customers prepared for their cruise.
