Patient-Centered Design and Content Marketing
SwedishAmerican, a health system with a long history of caring for patients in the Rockford region, came to Trekk for a website refresh that would preserve the core of its brand, which local patients know and love. Taking care to maintain important touchpoints of the existing brand such as the logo and its distinct shade of purple, we created a website with an updated look and feel that puts the most important person at the center: the patient.
An intuitive user experience.
We gathered data on the parts of the old website that patients used most frequently — the find-a-provider feature and the location search, as it turned out — and used these insights to design a more user-friendly site. We brought the Swedes social channels front and center to showcase how Swedes communicates with and cares for the community.
To drive traffic to the new site, we used an inbound marketing strategy.
We used content offers, landing pages, and lead nurturing to engage and educate patients about Swedes. These campaigns incorporated Swedes video content to bring the brand to life, and we used strategic search engine marketing to extend the brand's reach even further.
